Status-Update:

Für mehr als eine Runde Fastfood sollte es bei Variable nicht reichen.
Vielleicht hätten die/ der Entwickler ihr Versprechen einlösen sollen:
"I will soon be posting more about the project, videos, sketches and keep you all up to date on the game building progress."
Ohne Updates war das eine Nullnummer.
Wobei ich dem Projekt nie die $20k zugetraut hätte.

Update zum neuen Projekt der QfG-Macher:

Hi Elsa,
I just re-registered for the More Glory site, but I can’t post in the forums yet.
So I thought I’d give you an update on our lives and let you post what you want to the forums.
I was trying to comment on the status update that Blake started.
Corey mentioned in his update that we might be doing a remake of QG1.
My response to that information was much like some of the comments on the forum – why would we want to do that? We really prefer to do something new.
So Other than that wacky idea, the rest of the things Corey mentioned were topics we have had under serious discussion lately.
However, Corey and I had a very interesting time at Comic Con last weekend.
We spent many hours in meetings at the convention with various people.
As a result of these meetings, I can say that a Kickstarter project is definitely in our future.
However, we don’t know what project we will be funding yet.
It will depend upon other people, development houses, and game companies.
I would like to start the Kickstarter in late October, so that will give you all a chance to get excited about the mystery project even though it’s still a mystery to us.

Status-Update:

Indirekter re-launch für Inner Dream.
Bei ersten Versuch kamen nur $238 durch 16 Backer zusammen, machte 2%.
Aber diesmal versucht man sich nicht als alleiniger Titel, sondern als Bestandteil eines 9-Spiele-"KickStarter Indie Bundle"
Das Projekt läuft schon seit Ende Juli.
Leider bleiben nur noch 7 Tage für die fehlenden ~$40k.

Ich dachte schon jetzt kommt so schnell hintereinander ein Update.

Im Update steht auch, dass wir demnächst etwas davon auf der "PAX" sehen werden. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Penny_Arcade_Expo) Dann sind wir mal gespannt.

In der Tat äußerst interessant geschrieben. Danke für die Info.

Schade, dass es mit Day One wohl nichts mehr wird. Sie vermitteln leider selbst auch nicht das Gefühl, noch selbst an sich zu glauben. Die letzte News ist vom 13. August. Die Adventuregamers-Screenshots sind auf der Projektseite immer noch nicht zu sehen. Stattdessen machen sie Werbung für ihre Spiele-Soundtracks. Aber gerade Content von Day One interessiert doch die potentiellen Backer.

Bei Inner Dream wollte ich mir das $50 Paket mit dem gezeichneten Portrait holen. Mal was anderes zu einem fairen Preis. Jetzt in dem neuen Paket gibt es auch diesen Reward - allerdings kostet er jetzt $300. Liegt daran das es jetzt 9 Spiele sind und man eben noch jede Menge Rewards der anderen Spiele aus den niedrigeren Tier Stufen mit dazu bekommt. Aber genau das ist das Problem. Mich interessiert nur das eine Spiele und ich möchte nicht die anderen Projekte mitfinanzieren. Erst recht nicht für $250 Aufschlag. Schade, aber so gibt es kein Geld von mir. Aber egal, das Projekt wird eh scheitern.

Ich behaupte mal die hätten mehr Erfolg wenn sie das ganze anders herum angehen würden. Also erst in Eigenregie die Spiele beenden und dann hinterher z.B. als Humble Indie Bundle anbieten. Dann wären die 45k sicher kein Problem.

@k0SH: Du hast zwei mal das neue Indie Bundle verlinkt anstatt beim ersten Link das alte Inner Dream Projekt.

Tex Murphy hatte 127k am ersten Tag, danach gings steil bergab. Mal sehen ob sie das noch knacken.
Larry hatte zwar nur 66k am ersten Tag, dafür nochmals 77k am zweiten Tag.

Zu Day One gibt es endlich mal ein Day One-bezogenes Update:
Musical anatomy of a key moment in Ethan Grant's life
Klingt gut, wird aber wohl nichts groß an der Tatsache ändern, das immer noch nicht 15% erreicht sind.
Das es weder an dem Zeitpunkt, noch an der Sättigung liegt zeigt ja gerade das kickstarter Projekt zu BS5.
